various program closedown messages

to open certian programs.Example, whenever I try to open
adobe acrobat reader, i get a message that says "adobe
acrobat is experiencing problems, and needs to close,
sorry for the inconvenience"(end message). It does this
for a few other programs also. besides that, the computer
is working ok, i am getting tired of these continuous
error messages.Please help. thank you.
