I bought a USB 2.0 pci card with a via chipset a few months ago. I have been trying for the few months that I have had this card to get it to work. I have installed xp service pack 1a and tried everything I can think of but I can't get it to work. In device manager it says that everything is a ok, but I plug in my Disgo DiskOnKey and in isn't seen neither is anythin else I plug in

!!!PLEASE HELP ME!!

Remove the USB Host controllers and USB root hubs associated with the
card from device manager. Expand the view to show hidden devices to
make sure you get it all. Reboot and see if the card installs properly.

Have you tried the card in a different machine
What make of MoBo

remove the card from the slot, reboot system, turn off, install the card in a different slot, reboot, see if that does i

Have you enabled usb in the Cmos directory?
