viewing easy cd cds

Posted: 08-26-2003, 09:27 AM
Hi folks

I recall when I first installed windows xp there were major problems with
easy cd so I went to nero.

I am fixing a computer for a workmate and he has his backed up files on a
easy cd created disc. I want to verify the files on the cd before i format
his HD.

I cant see the files i get a blank window when i open the cd. Is there a
file viewing utility i need to install on my system?

TIA

Carl

Sorry Jake may not have been quite clear. No problem with file viewing
generally. Problem is cd is reporting as having no data etc when it is full
of files> i just cant see them on my pc.

Is it because that it is a EZCD Direct CD?? If so was the
CD closed? If not do you have EZCD Diret CD installed? if
not you will not be able to veiw the files.
