Virtual Memory Error

oye... i have a pentium 4 1.7 ghz 40 Gb Hdd, 256 RAM
as well and is that the best u can do ? Can't u tell me
how can i increase the memory ?

although buying a new computer would be nice sometimes
people cant afford it.
the anwser to increasing your virtual memory is as follows
right click My Computer,Properties,click the tab that
says advanced,In the box that says Performance click
settings,Click tha tab that says Advanced and at the box
that says virtual memory click change,Click on the one
that says custom size and type in a minimum and a maximum
in Mb.(usually the minimum is 1.5 times the size of your
RAM and the maximum is twice the minimum).I added extra
for the just in case.

Since you have mentioned that you have been using a "NO-CD" patch, I hope
you have a legal retail copy of the game.

If not, buy the full retail game. Some NO-CD patches do not work correctly,
after a while. They seem to get mixed up if/when you install another piece
of software.


Sencond thing to check: Defrag your hard drive. Clear out the Internet
cache. Clean out the temp. files. Check to see how much of free hard drive
you still have.
