Virus attack my PC - HELP!!!!

I am using Window XP. In last few days, when I opened my
PC,it was very slow to get into the normal Window
operation. The following error message prompted
out: 'Can't execute 16-bit window programs.Insufficient
memory" This error message box will prompt out upto more
than 70 times. Besides, a message box also appeared in
the lower tool bar: '70 NTVDM.EXE ' It took about 10
minutes to prompt out all the error message boxes. After
deleting thses boxes one by one, I could get into window
opearation and connect to Internet. Can anybody help to
solve this problem?? Many thanks in advance!!!

Hi
Do you have a current anti-virus? If so run a scan. If
not go to Mcafee.com and you can get a free virus scan on-
line. Then you can see if there is really a virus. Good
luck.
