Default virus issues

we have viruses in removable media.

In the recycler folder their are folder named
S-1-5-21-220523388-1383384898-725345543-500
These folder contain some of our viruses which my organisational anti
virus solution cannot clean.

The other spot is in the System Volume Information. in the
restore{EDXXXXXXXXXX-XXX-XXX-XXXXXXXXXX} folder.

Virus in these areas cannot be cleaned.. what are my options ?

I have group policy and other network management tools available at my
disposal to distribute a solution if someone has one.

Cheers,

sputnik
