Hi Guys, Iam also having the same issue, will not install ultimate vista
64bit...it hangs after "expanding (0%)" then i get the folloing error:
windows cannot install required files, Make sure all files required for
installation are available, and restart the installation . error code:
0x8007045d


my hd is seagate, 8gb ram, amd x64 3600 cpu, basically my pc is dell
optiplex 740..

Any idea would be much appreciate..

Just do the install using 2Gig of RAM.
Add the rest after installation.
