Vista 1744

I installed Vista RC1 with a DVD I received from Microsoft and it all went
well !
Now I downloaded 1744 from the site and was under the impression it was RC2.
I made the CD but when I try to install it, it reports a fault immediately
after it installed the files saying SPWIZENG.DLL is not a windows file ?
Has anybody perhaps had a similar experience, and is 1744 RC2 ?
Kindly please help
