Vista and 2k pro, partition problem

Since I installed vista beta I cannot access my files on same harddrive that
the vista is installed from w2k pro.

2k shows only one partition on that drive, but there are 2 and says that
drive is not formatted if i try to browse it.

In vista all partitions shows just fine and I can access the files.

Is w2k's and vistas NTFS something different and 2k can't understand the
partitions?

That partition contains most of my installed software, so it is quite vital
to get 2k work with it again.
