You can't but then you couldn't with XP either.

Overclocking is down to either the drivers you install from the card
manufacturer, or 3rd party utilities from some of the fan websites and the
like.

Nvidia cards you can overclock through the nvidia control panal download add
on NTUNE. I used the xp version and it did fine for me under every driver
version for vista so far.

Ati has a similar feture but I am not familiar with it . Hope this helps.

Download two free programs called NiBiTor and NVFlash. Use NVFlash to create
a bootable floppy that will flash the video card's BIOS. Then go into NiBiTor
and use it to create a new BIOS for the video card. Just go to tools>read
BIOS>select your card>Go back to tools>Read BIOS>Read into NiBiTor. This will
bring up your clock speeds. You can manually enter in the new Core and memory
clocks and then save the file to the floppy with Nnvflash. This will update
the BIOS. Just rememer what you name the NiBiTor file because you will have
to specify by typing nvflash <the file name>.rom.

ex: a:\nvflash modified_BIOS.rom

Just follow the prompts and it will update it very quickly. Just remember to
also save your original BIOS on the floppy as well in case anything goes
wrong. I did this in small increments until I reached a performance wall.
Worked Great!
