Vista Backup - Access is denied

Posted: 02-27-2007, 03:15 AM
I am running the 32-bit version of Vista Ultimate. This is connected to
domain on a Windows 2003 Server.

From Vista, I cannot perform a Windows Backup. Neither the "Back up files",
nor "Back up computer" options work. The error message I am getting is: The
backup application caould not start due to an internal error: Access is
denied. Please check upir system configuration and try again.

I am an administrator on the Vista machine and I have given my account all
permissions I can find to allow this operation.

Is there something I am missing in Vista, or in Windows Server? Any help
would be appreciated. Thanks.
