vista beta 2 aero glass not working

Run the vista upgrade advisor, It will tell you if it is supported. It needs
64mb video memory, pixel shader 2.0, direct x 9 support, and wddm drivers.

I have a capable system too, but I don't get Aero. You said something about
checking a box - what box? Is there somewhere to turn Aero on?
