Vista Flight Sim X deluxe and MSXML4 Problem !!

After installing Vista update on 12th Nov 08 MS Flight Simulator
deluxe stopped working with the message "The MSXML4 SP2 component is no
installed. Please reinstall Flight Simulator to restore or repair th
missing component"
I uninstalled Flight Sim X and re installed it .... no change still th
same. I then checked to find that the Vista update KB954430 containe
guess what?!! MSXML4 SP2 security update marked as important!! "Wel
done Microsoft "
Another small program need for Microsoft Flight Simulator X is calle
FSUIPC4. When I tried to install this I received a message " Problem
Cannot edit the DLL.XML file to activate FSUIPC. Please check th
documentation and do this manually"

Hope someone can help ! I cant be the only one with this problem
