Vista from Marketplace, 32 and 64-bit

Posted: 09-09-2007, 10:26 PM
I ordered Windows Vista Ultimate Upgrade on Windows Marketplace. I downloaded
the software, and all I have is the 32-bit software. I have tried to contact
Windows Marketplace, Digital River (the 3rd party that actually downloads the
software) and Microsoft to figure out how to get the 64-bit versions but I
get no response. I won't pay the $59 fee to chat with Microsoft about this,
and I just keep getting more and more frustrated.

Does anyone here know how I can get the 64-bit version of Windows Vista
Ultimate from Windows Marketplace without buying a whole new license? The
boxed versions at retail stores come with both 32- and 64-bit DVDs, so I feel
that having bought Ultimate online I should be able to download and use
either version.

Help please!
