Vista Installation CD

Hello:

I purchased a new PC with pre-lodaded Vista Premium Home Edition.

Now, I would like to partition hard drive and have dual boot with Windows NT
2003 server on one partition and Vista on the other or alternatively XP and
Vista.

Question 1:
PC did not come with installation CDs allowing to install fresh copy. Am I
entitled to obtain install disks? Is so, where do I get it?

Question 2:
Would dual partition NT/Vista or XP/Vista would work?

Your assistance or re-direction would be appreciated.
