Vista-InstallShield Error

I have downloaded the game fallout three multiple times from different
locations. When I go to install the game however, installshield wizard
will popup for a moment and then be replaced by an error saying

Error Code 6006
Close and running Application
Check connection (internet based setup)
Clean temporary folders.


I have done all of these but the problems still persist.
