Vista & iPod

Vista does not recognize my iPod shuffle when plugged into USB port. Have
tried all troubleshooting recommendations on Apple site; to no avail.

While I have not had any problems, some others have. One solution seems
to go back to iTunes version 7.5.

You can do a search and you should find information that may help.

I had the same problem when I got my shuffle. I plugged it in and it didn't
see it. So I restarted with it still plugged in and it saw it and loaded the
drivers for it.
