When I add this computer to the network and rebooted it says I was logged on
to a cash account and anythin I do will not be saved. Why is this I am on my
domain

A Cash account or Cached?

Cant help if its cash, but you log on a cached account when your device can
not see the domain for what ever reason. Incorrect IP, no network, dns,
domain down etc etc.

First time you log on with an account it creates a local copy (cached) of
that profile so you can logon if your pc can not see the domain
