Vista RC1 & Si3112

I'm trying to install Vista since two days and I'm still unsuccessful !
I've a Gigabyte GA-8KNXP-Rev2 mobo with two SATA RAID controlers loaded by
the system bios.
On the first one - Intel ICH5R in BASE mode with a 120 GB Western Digital -
I have my XP SP2 installation.
On the second one - Silicon Image Si3112 (firmware 4.2.79 updated in the
system bios by myself) in RAID 0 with two 80 GB Maxtor - I try to install
Vista RC1.
From my XP SP2 installation (on the C: drive), I format the stripe set (D:
Drive), set active the new partition, and then start the RC1 setup from the
DVD. The setup program find the two disks but ask for the driver for the
Si3112 controler.
I have downloaded the latest driver (1.0.57.0 for Vista beta) from the
Silicon website and unzipped it on a floppy.
So I tell to the setup programm to load the driver from the floppy and
everything goes fine until the end of the process when windows try to start
for the first time and then freeze in trying to load the crcdisk.sys driver.
When I try to repair the installation, the only message I get from the
automatic repair tool is that it seems that my boot partition table is
corrupted. An other odd thing is that during the repair process I can't see
anymore my D: drive with my RC1 installation. And when I try to load the
Si3112 driver that I used for the installation, the repair program reports
that driver installation failed. I tried with older version of the driver and
older version of the controler's firmware but the result is always the same.
And by the way everything works fine under XP SP2, even my stripe set.
So I hope I was clear enough and I'm definitively in a need for help.
Thanks in advance !
