Loaded Vista Beta from disc and made the mistake of not installing cleanly.
Have had lots of problems. Discussed this with tech and deceided that as I
had just downloaded and burnt to disc the RC1 Version it would be better if I
installed it. Got a dialog box saying "Enter new serial number". This I did
but could not get the "GO" button to highlight, tried going into "Safe Mode"
to see if it would work there but still no good. Any suggestions, have tried
getting help from the original person at Vista but an not getting any
response.
