Vista RC1 Installation problems.

Hi, When i try to install Windows Vista RC1, it won't go any further than
Expanding Files 20%. I've downloaded RC1 from Microsoft website, and obtained
my legal Serial Key. I've burned the ISO file with Nero(i mounted the ISO in
Deamon tools, and copied it). My PC specs are:
AMD Athlon XP 2400+
Asrock K7S8X
512 MB DDR PC333
1x Western Digital 80 GB IDE
1x Maxtor 80 GB IDE
1x Maxtor 250 GB SATA
SATA RAID Controller

The harddisk i want to install to has got 30gb of free space, it has files
on it i want to keep, but no earlier windows installation.
