| Hi guys, I have seen that there is a new security center on vista. I would like to add my own "application" to be monitored by this security such as a normal antivirus program for example. I wonder how I can "add" my application in it and how it works. Can you advise me ? Thanks for your help. Best regards -- Frédéric ESNOUF (MCSE - ISA MVP) | Guest

| Frédéric; "I would like to add my own..." Do you mean something you have created yourself? Or another anti virus program? The anti virus manufacturer needs to contact Microsoft for the information necessary to have their program recognized by the Security Center. Currently many anti virus programs are already recognized. -- Jupiter Jones [MVP] http://www3.telus.net/dandemar http://www.dts-l.org "Frédéric ESNOUF (ISA MVP)" <frederic@esnouf.net> wrote in message news:%232ImsgFUGHA.4764@TK2MSFTNGP11.phx.gbl... | Thanks for your feedback. I mean my own. In fact I have created the program QSS used to implement quarantine on ISA 2004/6. I am currently working on a client version especially designed for Vista, and having this application part of the security components is a good thing. I imagine this is possible since the AV vendors do so... but I wonder how. Thanks for your great advices. | You'll have to be along the lines of a Gold Microsoft Partner, and within your company to actually have contact with them.
