Vista Ultimate games

Is there anyway to transfer the two Vista Ultimate games (i.e.. poker and
the other one) to a non-ultimate version of Vista such as home premium??
Should be able to just copy the files??

I don't think you can do it...
If you can do it, it is not legal..I am sure..

The Ultimate features are part of the reason you paid less for Windows
Vista Home Premium than you would have for Windows Vista Ultimate.
If you want the Windows Vista Ultimate features, you should purchase
Windows Ultimate.

Do you think it makes sense to have to pay hundreds of dollars more to just
play poker?? I agree about the other ultimate features, but One would think
that the Ultimate versions for professionals, who would generally not be
interested in games. Home Premium on the other hand seems to be tailored to
those that DO game, yet we can't get a simple poker game to play in it??
Please tell me how this makes sense.

Now, back to the question, can it be PHYSICALLY done??

Whether it can be done or not seem to be No or at least unknown.
Try a 3rd party poker game, there must be many from various sources.

"Do you think it makes sense to have to pay hundreds of dollars more

I wouldn't if poker was the only Ultimate feature I wanted.
But then Ultimate comes with more than just poker.
Poker is only one of many features available only in ultimate.
BTW, the difference is not usually hundreds but about $125 depending
on the source.

If Poker is the only Ultimate feature wanted, a better and easier
option is to get a 3rd party product instead of paying the extra only
for poker.
