AMD motherboard.
Everything worked fine until reboot, which led to bluescreen, then 2nd
reboot into Vista and my NForce 4 network adapter "was not correctly
configured to use ipv4 or ipv6"
Therefore no network connectivity
Device manager showed a virtual NForce 4 adapter in addition to the physical
controller. Disabling this virtual adapter made no difference.
Uninstalling Virtual PC 2007 put everything back to normal and I can use my
network adapter again.
Any workarounds? I would like to use Virtual PC 2007 but obviously at the
moment I cannot.
