Vista under Virtual Server 2005 R2 CPU at 100%

Installed Vista BETA 2 release under VS 2005 R2, install went fine, and I
setup the VM with 700 MB of RAM, but the Vista image stays pegged at 100% CPU
in steady state after I boot the VM.
Anybody else run into this? Is this a bug in this build version of the BETA?
I'm running Build 5384.
