Vista Upgrade (Documents and Settings)

Posted: 04-04-2007, 04:22 PM
I posted this elsewhere, thought I could start a new message.

I am having a problem doing an upgrade from XP pro to Ultimate. In XP I
have moved my doc and setts to another drive.

It has to do with moving the docs and settings. Error:

MIG Expanding raw path C:\Documents and Settings\
MIG AllMigrateableProfilePathsUnderProfilesDir: profile path C:\Documents
and Settings\<user> of <SID> outside C:\Documents and Settings\
MIG CheckUnsupportedConfig: at least one user profile is in a
non-standard location

I have gone and moved everything back onto c:\

I have gone through the regestry everywhere looking for something that may
be "outside". Not much help there.

Does anyone know specifically what Vista is looking for?

Ideas anybody?
