visual studio and asp

when i run visual studio in windows vista and want to deign asp project it
does not allow me to create or brows project in IIS folder. it offers me to
add user to administrator group, but does not tell which user. Some ideas.

Right-click the link to Visual Studio and click Run As Administrator.

I know about this option. It does not help. More. When I go to task manager
it does not show name of the user.
