VPN: Is it possible to route only email/network drives through VPN

Default VPN: Is it possible to route only email/network drives through VPN

Is it possible to route only email/network drive access through my VPN
connection, but allow my internet traffic to just use my internet connection?

Sure, you can disable default gateway on remote network or manually modify
the routing table. These search results may help,
