I speak spanish.

i have in C:\WINDOWS\system32 a virus Lorraine.exe, with
they virus W32.Mapson.Worn.

no it's possible send a cuarentena o erase, the sistem no
acepted this action.

Can you help me, please, I don't know what to do.

Have you tried the Spanish version of this newsgroup? Look for:

W32.Mapson.Worn

reboot the computer into 'Safe Mode' and then run your
anti-virus software.
