| Okay, I didn't know XP Pro was capable of this weird
| problem, but since last night this is what happens.
|
| I get online (I juse United Online's Juno web service)
| and after about two minutes, a window opens up saying
| that because of a system recovery something (I believe)
| that Windows XP is going to shut down in 60 seconds. It
| then counts down, and shuts off by itself.
|
| This has never happened before, and I've had XP Pro for
| about eight months. Normally it's rock solid, but now
| every time I connect to the internet, after a minute or
| two this automatic shutdown window comes up, and my PC
| shuts down 60 seconds later.
|
| Any clues?
