Weird "wop" sounds

When I listen to mp3 files in either Sonicstage Simple Burner or Nero Express (burning program) I get these weird wop-sounds. But not when I listen to the mp3's in Winamp or Media Player. Wave files in Nero sounds just fine though, even if they're waves of the same music. This is causing me enormous problems, have tried EVERYTHING but noone knows what's going on. I have made a small mp3 (97kb) with the noise on it to show, but there's no attachment possibility here... if anyone wants to listen to it please mail me at krisalfen@yahoo.se

Someone knows what's going on?
