customizable levels of security that includes one where if you're installing
it from disk or ok it as you're installing it from desktop you don't need to
ok it all the time. also stuff where commercial software doesn't need to be
run as administrator every time.

drivers from ALL previous versions of windows work with it. so I can use my
xp periphials regardless of whether the stupid manufacturer decides to put
out a driver for them. this means that the new version doesn't leave you
high and dry with your equipment. backwards compatibility that doesn't suck
noogies.

also backwards compatibility for software. how come we can go to some stupid
warez site and get some freeware that lets us run fractint or tie fighter
but we can't run it in your commercial software. if nothing else...
incorporate a port of dosbox into your software for a penny per copy. i know
i'd pay a penny to be able to run my old software... hardly a financial
burden on us.

basically....

NO MORE STANDALONE OPERATING SYSTEMS. SUPPORT YOUR PREVIOUS OPERATING
SYSTEMS AND DON'T DUMP THE BURDEN ON MANUFACTURERS OR PUBLISHERS!!!! MOST OF
THEM ARE EVEN BIGGER WEASELS THAN YOU GUYS AND WANT TO SELL US A NEW CAMERA
THAT WE USE MAYBE ONCE A YEAR EVERY 3 YEARS RATHER THAN UPDATE THEIR
DRIVERS!

Thank you,
Doc
