whats wrong with my Vista DVD ???

Hi All ...i hope some-one can help me out here

i downloaded Vista RC1 ...i burned it to CD & when i try to open the file
all there is , is a text file saying

This disc contains a "UDF" file system and requires an operating system
that supports the ISO-13346 "UDF" file system specification.

my current operating system is Windows XP !!! ...what'up ???
