| On the occasions when I have uninstalled stuff I have noticed that the start menu shortcut and the folder in "c\program files" remain and I have to delete them manually. Is there any way to make this happen automatically? Cheers. Si | Guest

| A poorly written uninstall program. Unfortunately it happens all too often. Nothing you can do about it. "Si" <zen114955@zen.co.uk> wrote in message news:upagbjlnHHA.4516@TK2MSFTNGP05.phx.gbl... Quote:

| not unless the author fixes it. you might send them a message about it. be aware that the start menu item is probably not the only items remaining. most likely its install folder and lots of registry entries as well. mikeyhsd@comcast.net "Si" <zen114955@zen.co.uk> wrote in message news:upagbjlnHHA.4516@TK2MSFTNGP05.phx.gbl...
