Where are the desktop Icons?

Icons on the desk top. I got the Recycle Bin but where is
the My Computer, Network Places, My Documents and the
Briefcase Icons and how do I put them up on the Desk top?

Where are the desktop Icons?
Right-click on the desktopSelect "Arrange Icons By > Show Desktop Icons"
