Where did my Wizard go?

No... Everything else is running fine and so I would rather not reinstall
my OS if I can help it... It seems as though somewhere some setting has
been changed but I don't know where this would be (assuming this is even the
case). I should mention that when I log off and then on again as a
different user everything works fine. This again leads me to think that
some setting has been changed??? John
