Where does this video file get stored on my system?

Depends on your browser. Most likely in the cache folder of the
browser, but sometimes in the temp folders. In Firefox, you can view a
log of files associated with a download, although many times the file
downloaded doesn't have the same name. It might just be a combination
of alphanumeric characters.

Where would I find the cache folder for IE?

Since you post to microsoft.public groups, and to 24houridiot.desk, I know
you're too dense to have it explained to you... You need to enable even
being able to see the directories they're in, and you have to do it from a
different account. That's above the abilities of anyone in those groups.

Go download "Agent Ransack" and search for them.

The sub-directories under:
C:\Documents and Settings\Doc\Local Settings\Temporary Internet
Files\Content.IE5\

Why don't you just play (and thus learn about) with your fucking computer
instead of having to be spoon-fed crap that's pretty damn obvious?

In IE ... Tools - Internet Options - in Browsing History select 'Settings' -
View Files.is probably easiest, but there are many other ways to see
downloaded files.
