Where is "Add New Programs"?

Posted: 06-08-2007, 08:45 PM
Ok, I can see that "Add Remove Programs" (appwiz.cpl) has changed to
"Programs and Features" in Vista.

But what happened to the "Add New Programs" tab? Is there a security
setting to enable it?

Thanks.
