Clarify which fax software you are using.State how you are attempting to view the fax.
State the file association for TIF files for your operating system.

Then just double click to open the fax. All pages are there. You may need toadvance to each page to see them all.

That's the question. ALthough I've received 8 pages, I can't advance to seethe others. Why is that?
