Where is my received fax?

Posted: 09-19-2005, 04:37 PM
Hi. I have received an 8 pages fax, but when I go to the default received fax
folder, I can only see one page. How can I see the others 7 pages?
Thank you

Clarify which fax software you are using.
State how you are attempting to view the fax.
State the file association for TIF files for your operating system.

Thank you for your attention. I'm using the Windows Xp Fax program and
Windows Picture and Fax viewer

Then just double click to open the fax. All pages are there. You may need to
advance to each page to see them all.

That's the question. ALthough I've received 8 pages, I can't advance to see
the others. Why is that?

Post your actual file association for TIF files.
It works for everyone else.
