Why wont my Acount Picture change ??

The pic at the top. (its a sunflower).. when i click it and select "change
picture" i do. i chose the fish and it changes it on the right.
I then close the window and when i hit start it hasnt changed.
The only thin i notice is that in the lost of pics you get to chose from, if
i selct teh fish, it changes the last but one pic to whatever you want and
the last one is stuck at teh sunflower.

Nothing i do makes it change to what i want it too.
Any ideas on what is a very small but extremely annoyuing problem.
