WI-FI will not connect with WPA active

Posted: 06-09-2006, 10:21 PM
I have a Linksys wireless card and router. I've installed the driver for
the card and Vista sees the network but the only way I can connect to it is
to make it open. With WPA active it will ask for the key which i put in but
it still won't connect. It works fine in XP but I haven't got it to work in
Vista. The settings I've found have all been set to the same ones as XP but
I maybe missing something. I've set it to a static IP and put in the gatway
and DNS server but I haven't found anyway to config. the card for the
network. One other thing I've noticed is there isn't a way I've seen to save
the key and have it connect automatically like it does in XP.
