Hello Ted,

Can you please tell me which build of SP2 you are discovering this on?
Click Start | Run | "winver" (w/o the quotes) to display Windows Version
information.

Looking in the Windows database, I see that the issue you describe has been
fixed in later builds. I want to see which build you have to see if a
regression has occurred in the meantime.
