Will I loose Data Upgrading

I want to do a clean install of Vista 64 bit Home Premium Edition.
have 4 internal SATA drives, if I do a clean install will i loose dat
on all 4 disks or just the disk that I use as the boot disk

I use a different disk to store my personal files, not C:/ drive, in m
case it is my E:/ drive, now can i do a clean install and the files o
my e:/ drive remain intact and will I still be able to access them onc
the 64 bit OS is installed, or will I have to back up my E:/ drive too
I know the answer to this with regards to upgrading from different OS'
but not going from a 32 bit system to a 64 bit system, any help would b
gratefully receive
