Thats a third party installer, Windows Vista includes the Windows Installer,version 6.0.

Installsheild is a third party company, but they are used by so many otherpeople i am sure they will be making sure their installer is 100% compatible
with Vista
I havent had any problems with installsheild programs with vista yet.
Same goes for WISE installer, and the Nullsoft installer system.
