will this lot work with 64?

Vista 64 should run on this hardware.
The question you should be asking is whether your software will run on Vista
64 and whether there are Vista 64 drivers for your peripherals that are as
fully featured and stable as their Win XP counterparts. A number of Vista 32
peripheral drivers are less fully featured than their XP 32 counterparts,
particularly for devices that were more than a year old when Vista was first
foisted on the world. High end games may not run properly on Vista 64
either.
