win media player 9

Every time i search for files to add to media
library ,the search finds files but when it comes to
adding files only 80% are added com seems to stop but
still says in progress but nothing else happens can't
even cancel with out Ctrl ALT Delete
Can someone help please

Win Media player 9

My windows media player will not import music to its playlist any more (from
the search for media window). It used to work just fine until I used WINDOWS
UPDATE, and downloaded and installed some updates which were new. I do
update windows and other software on a regular basis, but recent updates
(from windows or otherwise) have caused more problems then they have fixed.
Renew my faith in windows and its tech support and prove to me that MVP
doesnt stand for most valuable primate.

Nuke your library database and rebuild it.

Reinstall media player and try then to import songs via
explorer

The install process will not touch the libraries database.
