Win XP Home Setup has problems copying certain files. blue screen.

Everytime I go in to (clean install) setup, after booting
from CD, and choose to install WinXP certain files do not
copy correctly. It comes up with a blue screen saying
that the image of the file from the CD is not the same as
the image of the same file being copied on to the hard
drive.

can anyone help me? if it happens again (going to retry
it all now) I'm going to contact my PC supplier for their
advise. I believe it might be my hard drive, my CD/DVD
ROM or the disk itself.
