| I'm not at all savvy when it comes to networks, so I don't know if I'm asking this question correctly. Is it possible for the Network Administrator of a home network to limit the bandwidth on a DSL connection that the client computers receive? Put another way, can they throttle down the amount of bandwidth each client computer receives? Thanks for any info you can provide. Don Sepanski | Guest
