win xp pro crashing

Hi

i purchased the win xp pro 64 bit os and i got a window that popped up
saying

software instalation

has not passed windows logo testing to verify its compatability with this
version of windows.

i have checked with asus, ati, they all say my system is compatable and the
os should install any help would be most grateful.

purchased the os 3days ago.

i am only installing the operating system on sata hard drive with asus sata
64 bit drivers ( promise 378 )

heres my system

ASUS K8V-SE-DELUXE MOTHERBOARD

AMD 64 BIT SEMPRON CPU 3000+

1GB PC3200 MEMORYMAX 1GB PC3200 HYINNX 2GB TOTAL

32 MB ATI 7000 GRAPHICS CARD

120 GB SATA WESTERN DIGITAL HARD DRIVE

did not install any other software as just started with the 64bit os hope
