Win XP User Woes user accounts

I have an windows XP home pc which has multipel users
well for the children and for one friend. Now I like to
be able to see whats in there user areas so I have
limited all accounts to limited and I used to be able to
look in the my computer\doucments and settings\then user
here but one day the young girl said I have blocked you
from viewing my work and area and sure enough she has I
cant think of how to get in. it says access denied. Now
she wont tell me how she did it and she says she cant
remember. N E way I am concerned now as I have been
getting porn blasted on to the pc from no where and
really need ro see what programmes she has been
downloading. It only effects her account. Its got me
thats for sure. ANY HELP BE GREATFULY RECIEVED. Its only
on this one account and Im administrator.
